I'm a designer with 7+ years of experience building products that delight and create meaningful customer value. I specialise in designing digital products for complex, technical domains, transforming systems that only specialists could navigate into intuitive platforms that amplify human expertise rather than replace it.

Currently, as a founding member of the design team at hyperexponential, my role focuses on designing decision intelligence platforms for specialty insurance and building the design function from ground up. Before this, I spent years at QuantumBlack and McKinsey translating AI and advanced analytics into products that work at scale, from designing analytics suites to leading the design systems that became the foundation for consistent, high-quality AI outputs across product portfolios.

I'm drawn to regulated, complex industries where thoughtful design isn't a luxury; it's how organisations build trust and drive adoption. My core belief: in an era of AI proliferation, the companies that win are those putting human judgment at the centre, with design that surfaces what matters and quiets what doesn't.

In my spare time, I build, tinker, and write about how AI can work within human systems. Less replacement, more collaboration. I learn by experimenting, which keeps me close to what's actually shifting in the field.
